Here at Party People WA, we strive to ensure your orders arrive quickly and safely. This explains how and when you can expect your order to arrive.

Shipping Locations:

We Ship to all major cities and regional across Australia

​

Processing Times:

All orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. Custom or personalised items may take longer. Note - orders places on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time:

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping - 3 to 7 business days from $14.95

Express Shipping - 1 - 3 business days from $25

Local Pickup - Available in NOR Perth - Free

Shipping Costs:

Shipping Charges are calculated at checkout, based on the amount of your order. We may offer free shipping for orders over a certain amount - check our home page for offers.

Local Pickup:

Local Pick up is available from Clarkson, Jindalee or Eglinton. You will recieved an email when your order is ready for pick up.

Missing, Delayed, or Damaged Orders:

If your order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged

  • Please contact us at admin@partypeoplewa.com.au or phone within 48 hrs of received the delivery

  • Please include your order number and photos of the damaged products if applicable.

We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issues as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address.
